Gregory M. Mealy was raised in Fulton, Missouri. He attended Westminster College, where he earned the Trustee's Scholarship and Board of Associate's Scholarship. He graduated from Westminster College (B.A.  2002), and was a member of the PI Sigma Alpha, Political Science Honor's Society, and involved with Phi Alpha Delta, the pre-Law Honor's Society.

He then attended the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he earned a Merit Scholarship. While in Law School, Mealy clerked for the Honorable Gene Hamilton, Presiding Judge of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Missouri. Mealy was also involved with the Criminal Clinic, representing the State of Missouri in misdemeanor trials and felony preliminary hearings in front of local judges.

After graduating from Law School a semester early, (J.D., December 2004) Mealy passed the Bar in 2005. Mealy is admitted to practice before Missouri State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Mealy's practice includes general civil and criminal litigation. His civil practice includes property disputes, domestic, probate, personal injury, breach of contract, and wrongful death matters.
Greg is a Director of the Callaway County Chamber of Commerce and is involved with the Fulton Colleges Fund and the Fulton Street Fair.

Greg and his wife, holly, have a son, Koren.
